Service Targets︰
Youth-at-risk aged between 6 and 24 who normally do not participate in conventional social or youth activities and are vulnerable to undesirable influence.

Objectives︰
1.  To provide guidance and counseling in the areas of education, career, family and peer relationships to those youth with special needs and make referrals whenever necessary.
2.To help them to develop their potential through various means such as education, training and social re-integration.
3. To prevent them from falling under undesirable influences.                              

Working Approaches︰
Professional Social Workers seek to reach out to and establish contact with people in places where they are known to be frequent, notably playground, fast-food restaurants, housing blocks etc. Then, we provide counseling services through casework, and community work whenever necessary.

- Tsing Yi Island
- Tsuen Wan district: Luk Yeung Sun Chuen, Shek Wai Kok Estate, Lei Muk Shue Estate, Cheung Shan Estate
